Support at Home Transition & Pricing Update

From 1 November 2025, the Australian Government will introduce the Support at Home (SAH) program, replacing the current Home Care Package (HCP) model under the new Aged Care Act 2024.
The SAH program aims to simplify how older Australians receive help at home, with greater transparency, fairness, and flexibility.

Meal Box Pricing 

Under the Support at Home framework, delivery is now considered part of overall home-care support.
To align with this, meal box prices for previously Support at Home (SAH) recipients now include delivery.
There are no separate freight or delivery charges – keeping your invoice clear, simple, and compliant with the new system.

NDIS and Other Customers

For NDIS and other customers, headline prices for meal boxes have moved higher; however, these are automatically discounted back at checkout to maintain your existing pricing.
You may notice small differences before finalising your order, but your overall cost remains the same.

Co-Payment Facility Now Available

We’re pleased to share that NDIS and Support at Home (SAH) customers can now use our new co-payment facility.
This allows you to make co-payments easily using your credit or debit card, instead of relying solely on direct debit.
This enhancement makes payments faster, safer, and more flexible for all our customers, while aligning with SAH and NDIS payment requirements.

The 30% co-payment is applied at the headline price for meal boxes only before any discount is applied, this may lead to a percentage variance for the co-payment amount after delivery fees have been stripped out of orders containing more than one meal box.
